+ Unveils Best Of Nollywood Awards, 2021 List of Nominees
Popular celebrity and organiser of the renowned movie awards, Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards, Seun Oloketuyi clocked 45 in style. He hosted a 3-in-1 dinner to mark the celebration.
Oloketuyi is a journalist, film maker the publisher of Best of Nollywood magazine. He has been around in the movie industry for over two decades, adding values and promoting Nigerians who are doing well in the noble industry.
Celebrating his new age, the versatile and highly creative Oloketuyi hosted his guests to the dinner on Friday, September 10, 2021 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ikeja, Lagos. It was a fun-packed event which saw the launching of a coffee table book and masterpiece titled “This is NOLLYWOOD” and the unveiling of the nominees of the year 2021 edition of the Best of Nollywood (BON) Awards.
It could be recalled that last year, Oloketuyi had a similar celebration hosting the movers and shakers of the Nollywood industry as they took turns to congratulate Oloketuyi. The event witnessed the launching of a book titled, The Story of BON Awards to commemorate his birth anniversary.
This year’s dinner was nothing short of expectation as the event was classier, greeted with glitz and glamour. It witnessed a large pool of eminent personalities, the who-is-who in the society. It hosted the likes of former Governor of Ogun State, Otunba Gbenga Daniel; Federal lawmaker, Honourable Shina Peller; Media Gurus, Mayor Akinpelu; Bashorun Dele Momodu; Mr. Ayo Aminu and Mr. Gboyega Akosile; not leaving out Peace Anyiam Osigwe; Otunba Oyefeso, and many others.
The night was fun extraordinaire as the event was anchored by ace comedian and event compere, Gbenga Adeyinka whose sense of humour was on point. Guests were thrilled by his apt gist which made them have remarkable fun.
