Bobby Brown’s sister Tina has been seen wiping away her tears as she visited Bobbi Kristina’s bedside.
The 22-year-old daughter of Whitney Houston has been moved to a hospice facility and her family have been gathering by her side.
Tina was understandably emotional as she stood outside the building where Bobbi Kristina is being cared for.
Whitney’s daughter has been in a medically-induced coma since being found face-down in her bathtub five months ago, and it appears her case will now be reviewed “with greater interest”.
The Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney’s Office have confirmed to People magazine they will be reviewing the incident which led to her being found unresponsive at her home in Atlanta on January 31.
A statement said: “The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our office.
“In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest.
“An announcement regarding a charging decision, if any, will be made at an appropriate time.”
It comes after her partner Nick Gordon was accused of assaulting and stealing money from Bobbi in a $10million lawsuit filed by Bedelia Hargrove, Bobbi’s court appointed conservator, on Wednesday.
The statement continued by saying the new review was “in reference to the investigation by the Roswell Police Department…and isn’t associated with the filing of a civil lawsuit [filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservators].”
Her close family, including dad Bobby Brown, were seen arriving at the hospice facility where Bobbi is being cared for on Thursday.
“Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate,” Bobbi Kristina’s aunt said on Wednesday.
“As of today, she has been moved into hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Bobbi was found unresponsive in her bathtub at her home in Georgia in January, and has since remained under medical supervision, having been moved from critical care to an undisclosed rehab centre in March.
