Obanikoro has disappeared and he is proclaiming it loudly that he is in school. Which yeye school be that? Who is buying that load of crap? Why is he hiding from investigators? Unfortunately for him, the United States is a country where no one is above the law. It is not a fugitive friendly country. Mr. Obanikoro you will be brought to justice if found guilty or justice will be brought to you. The problem with you,the scions of impunity; is that you are too arrogant to think, learn or ponder on the consequences of your actions. Your alleged crime falls under Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). “The Act also applies to any act by U.S. businesses, foreign corporations trading securities in the U.S., American nationals, citizens, and residents acting in furtherance of a foreign corrupt practice whether or not they are physically present in the U.S. This is considered the nationality principle of the act. Any individuals that are involved in those activities may face prison time”. If going to the United States, to avoid prosecution is your plot, it has failed! If your aim for seeking refuge in the United States as a citizen, is to get a better jail facility, I applaud you. You made a wise decision. While in U.S prisons, you can still enjoy decent meals, watch TV, make routine phone calls, have visitors, school and be comfortable. You will even go outside and exercise. You can even impregnate your wife, you only need to collect your sperm. It is that easy!
I will like to tell you that I’m writing to Emory to find out if you were given admission into the prestigious university. I will tell them you are wanted in Nigeria for financial crimes. I will write GeorgiaTech and Morehouse college the same letter too. The era of impunity is over sir! If that fails, expect me to lead others and write the United States Congress. I will not rest until you answer in the United States or in Nigeria.
To all of you my friends, if you will like to write about Obanikoro to these prestigious institutions, please be civil. Ask politely if they admitted any Musiliu Obanikoro from Nigeria.
