EXCLUSIVE PICTURES: Lagos Hosts Reception Party At 2018 Cannes Film Festival

Lagos State descended on the South of France for the 71st annual Cannes Film Festival in France, which kicked off on 8 May and ran through 19 May, 2018. 

The Lagos delegation was led by the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Honourable Steve Ayorinde, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Fola Adeyemi and Mrs Aramide Giwanson, Special Adviser to the Governor on Tourism, Arts and Culture. Other prominent movie practitioners such as Honourable Desmond Elliot, a member of the Lagos State House of Assembly and Kunle Afolayan, were also present at 2018 Cannes Film Festival, to fly the Lagos flag, with pride.

A multitude of participants and other tourists at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, had a sizable feel of the ever bustling and vibrant social lifestyle of Lagos, during the grand reception party.
