Ministerial Nominees: Fayemi, Onu, Lai Mohammed, Udoma, Others Screened By Senate

imageThe Nigerian Senate has asked the former governors of Ekiti and Abia states to take a bow and go after answering questions in defence of their nomination as ministers.

Dr. Kayode Fayemi and Dr Ogbonnaya Onu were screened alongside a former senator, representing Akwa Ibom South Constituency, Udoma Udoh Udoma and former chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Audu Ogbeh.

Also screened was the nominee from Edo State, Dr Osagie Ehanire.

Only 10 nominees will be screened today, Tuesday October 13, by the Senate.

They are: Udoma Udoh Udoma, Kayode Fayemi, Audu Ogbeh, Ogbonaya Onu, Osaghie Ehanire, Abdulrahman Dambazzau.

Others are Lai Mohammed, Amina Mohammed, Suleiman Adams, Ibrahim Jibril.

Others are to be screened on Wednesday and Thursday.
