Hon Shina Peller on Saturday leads dignitaries to the sod-turning ceremony of MKH Smart homes to mark the commencement of the construction of the smart homes project which comprises 2 and 3 bedroom Bungalows + Bqs in Ido Community Ibadan.

The project is aimed at providing a contemporary home in the exclusive environment of Ido, Ibadan in Oyo State.

Honourable Shina Peller praised the Management for the initiative. He said based on the Record of MKH in the past he was going to buy one of the properties.

In his Remarks, Executive chairman Ido LG, Ibadan, Oyo State Hon. Sherif Aderemi Adeojo
gave words of appreciation and applause to the company for seeing the Ido community as a worthy place to erect the project, He was represented by his Councilor Hon Lafisoye Wasiu

The managing director of MKH Kenny Muibi also gave thanks to consultants and clients/investors home and in the Diaspora for the confidence reposed in the company’s mission and vision. He also assures all existing and potential investors that MKH Investment will continue to provide affordable homes and landed properties for the full benefit of humanity.

The Smart houses are expected to be ready within 14months
