Few hours to the commencement of the final funeral ceremony of chief (Mrs) H.I.D Awolowo, organisers and stakeholders are doing everything to ensure a hitch-free event.
At Our saviour’s Anglican Church, Ikenne, late in the night, security operatives were seeing putting finishing touches on security arrangements within the church premises and around the area.

Also, there were periodical security patrol checks within the town. Most designated stands prepared to host the guests are wearing new look for the main programme.
In addition, members of the crew of the NIgerian Television Authority ( NTA ) Outside Broadcasting ( OB van ) were around at the church around 11pm, double checking on various connections.
